Cornett: "This picture was made in the summer of 2015 in London for a small gelato maker called La Grotto Ices owned by Kitty Travers. It was as an incredibly fruitful week of picture making that happened in a small garage in the neighbourhood of Elephant Castle."

Director and photographer Grant Cornett (1975) is known for striking a unique blend of artistry and authenticity. Often blurring the boundaries between commercial and fine art photography, he explores a diverse range of subjects — food, drinks, jewellery, fashion, still-life and portraiture — all with his signature wit.
